LHASA - TSHURPU - LHASA

DURATION: 4 NIGHTS/5 DAYS (FLY IN - FLY OUT)

DAY- 01 : KATHMANDU - LHASA , approx. 3700 m
Arrive Gonggar airport - Lhasa.On arrival meet, assist and transfer to Hotel in Lhasa ( 2 hours ).

Rest of the day at leisure for acclimatisation.
Overnight at Hotel in Lhasa.

DAY-02-03 : SIGHTSEEING IN LHASA

You will spend two full days in Lhasa visiting Potala, Sera Monastery Jokhang Temple, Drepung Monastery, Barkhor Market and Norbulinka Summer Palace.

DAY-04 : LHASA - TSHURPU - LHASA
Full day excursion trip to Tshurpu Monastery, the seat of Karmapa. The Monastery is situated 64kms from Lhasa at an altitude of 4480m from the sea level and almost 1000m above Lhasa.
Overnight at Hotel in Lhasa.

DAY-05 : LHASA - FINAL DEPARTURE

Early morning we will drive you to Gonggar airport to board the departure flight to your onward destination (Kathmandu, Chengdu, Beijing etc)
